These vacationers don’t just hit the mountain resorts, they explore the back country.
These mountaineers don’t just hike on occasion, its a daily ritual.
These climbers don’t just sport or even trad, they seek untouched walls.
Referring to these contemporary frontiersmen and women as “enthusiasts” is such an understatement it might be received as an insult. Instead, we refer to them by what they know themselves to be: pioneers.
Pioneers come from all walks of life. They may vary in age greatly. They may not even all get along! But they share one thing in common: a deep devotion to adventure that may never be unseated.
