Cactus is a special advertising agency that does things differently; they grow brands that help people thrive. While the mantra and bones of their brand had stood the test of time, the visual direction of the 30 year old agency needed watering.
Opportunity
The charismatic group of professional badasses, or 'Cacti,' that comprise the agency weren't being reflected in their contemporary [corporate] identity. Their logo was punchy and recognizable, but the rest of their assets weren't reflecting their energetic and irreverent creative work. We needed to dig deep, find Cactus' roots, and SHARPEN UP.
Solution
Over the past two and a half years, we've been watering, sunning, and occasionally fertilizing (heh) the lively brand that Cactus always has been. Fresh tongue-in-cheek copy, hand drawn illustrations, and big punchy type (with a font that's literally called KNOCKOUT) are all part of Cactus' now flourishing brand garden. Nothing is off the table when you've got a whole lot of moxie (and a little chartreuse) on your side ;)
